体育课是国家规定的一门必修课,体育课效果的好坏直接会对学生的身体健康产生影响。好的体育课能够有效的增进学生的身体素质,增进学生的健康状况,为学生的学习和今后的发展打下坚实的身体条件。而判断体育课好坏的一个重要标准就是体育课上的运动负荷量,这也是体育课的一个突出特点。本文主要探讨了体育课运动负荷量的有关概念和因素,阐述了合理调控体育课运动负荷量的相关要点。
Physical education is a compulsory course prescribed by the state. The effect of PE class will directly affect the health of students. Good physical education can effectively improve the physical fitness of students, improve the health of students, and lay a solid physical condition for student learning and future development. Judging the quality of physical education is an important criterion is the physical exercise load, which is also a prominent feature of physical education. This paper mainly discusses the concepts and factors related to the exercise load of PE class and expounds the relevant points on how to regulate and control the PE load in PE class.
