一、问题的提出作为一个有着十五年教龄的体育教师,体育课上一般比较多地运用传统意义上的接收式教学方法。例如:示范讲解法、分组练习法以及代表先进教学理念的探究式教学方法。经过比较,探究式教学的自主、合作探究方式比较符合高中学生学习的要求,有利于思维活动与实践能力的提升,同时逐步提高了学习兴趣。但是值得引起我们注意的是事物的多面性、反复性。某些体育教师在努力贯彻探究式教学方法的同时却忽略了对传统教学方法的研究,
