观察了冠心病(CHD)、恶性实体瘤(MPT)病人和正常对照(NC)者血浆脂蛋白(a)(Lp(a))、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、载脂蛋白A-I(ApoA-I)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的水平。结果显示,CHD组(19例)Lp(a)水平(mg/dl)为22.07±12.65,MPT组(26例)为23.28±11.80,两者均显著高于NC组(40例)的16.65±7.61(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01)。CHD组TG、TC和ApoB均高于NC组者,ApoA-I则低于NC组者。MPT组TG、TC、ApoA-I和ApoB均低于NC组者。作者结合文献分析认为,Lp(a)在CHD的发生发展以及MPT的增殖与转移中发挥一定的作用。
The levels of plasma lipoprotein (a), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), serum lipids in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), malignant solid tumor (MPT) and normal controls (NC) Protein A-I (ApoA-I) and Apolipoprotein B (ApoB) levels. The results showed that the level of Lp (a) was 22.07 ± 12.65 in CHD group (19 cases) and 23.28 ± 11.80 in MPT group (26 cases), both of which were significantly higher than NC Group (40 cases) of 16.65 ± 7.61 (P <0.05, P <0.01, respectively). TG, TC and ApoB in CHD group were higher than NC group, ApoA-I was lower than NC group. TG, TC, ApoA-I and ApoB in MPT group were lower than those in NC group. The author combined with the literature analysis that, Lp (a) plays a role in the occurrence and development of CHD and the proliferation and metastasis of MPT.
