1987—1990年在盆栽条件下研究了花铃期土壤水分对棉花种子发育及活力的影响。试验结果表明,棉花花铃期缺水时,单铃的不孕子数增加,种子数减少,百粒种子重(子指)和种仁率降低。初花期缺水主要影响种子的形成,进入盛花期后缺水主要影响种子的干物质积累和饱满度。缺水条件下形成的棉子,种仁中蛋白质含量较高,脂肪含量较低。从受旱棉株上获得的种子虽然种粒较小,但萌发过程中吸水速度快,呼吸强度高,呼吸高峰出现早,从而表现出萌发启动快,发芽势高,平均芽长长,平均发芽天数和大田出苗天数短,种子活力明显提高。
From 1987 to 1990, the effects of soil moisture on the seed development and vigor of cotton at flower-boll stage were studied under potted condition. The results showed that the number of infertile seeds increased, the number of seeds decreased, the weight of seeds per 100 seeds (seeds) and kernel rate decreased when the cotton boll stage was lack of water. Water loss at the beginning of florescence mainly affects seed formation, and water deficit after flowering mainly affects the accumulation of dry matter and plumpness of seeds. Under dry conditions formed cotton seed, seed kernel protein content is higher, lower fat content. The seeds obtained from the drought-resistant cotton plants, although smaller in size, had faster water absorption, higher respiration intensity and earlier respiration peak during germination, thus showing faster germination, higher germination potential, longer average bud length and average germination The number of days and field emergence days is short, seed vitality increased significantly.
