为适应改革开放的形势,促进工业的快速发展,充分借鉴工业发达国家的经验,上级机关下达了国外试验机产业结构变化的研究的专项课题。八十年代中期以后的试验机产业就其规模、品种、先进程度、销售量而言,已转移到美国、德国和日本等方面来。现在先行将对日本、德国和美国的试验机产业结构变化的研究予以刊登,供上级机关和行业厂家参考。
In order to adapt to the situation of reform and opening up, to promote the rapid development of industry, fully learn from the experience of industrialized countries, higher authorities issued a special topic of foreign test machine industry structure changes. Since the mid-1980s, the testing machine industry has shifted to the United States, Germany and Japan in terms of its size, variety, advanced level and sales volume. Now the first study of the changes in the structure of the testing machine industry in Japan, Germany and the United States will be published for reference by higher authorities and industry manufacturers.
