在上海市三女中党委书记杨振国的案头堆放着厚厚一叠材料:150多位教师刚刚交来的“作业”。从来只听说学生要做作业,现在怎么老师也有作业了?原来学校为了配合学生德育工作的开展,每学期都要求老师写一篇教育心得,可以是论文,可以是个案分析,也可以是教育叙事。学校对每篇文章进行评比打分,并将结果纳入教师的考核体系。
There was a thick stack of material piled on the desk of Yang Zhenguo, secretary of the party committee of Shanghai’s three women’s middle school: the “homework” that more than 150 teachers had just submitted. We have only heard that students have to do homework. Now, how do teachers have homework?
