一、创优政策引进重点高端人才近年来,遂宁市研究制定了《关于集聚优势人才资源推进现代产业发展的意见》等引才政策,明确了对引进人才在住房、税收、子女就学和配偶安置、医疗保健等各方面的优惠政策,建立引才绿色通道。广泛开展了“有突出贡献的优秀人才”、“优秀青年人才”、“优秀人才示范岗”等评选表彰活动。建立了全省首个市级综合性博士后科研工作站。三年来共引进硕士研究生以上学历和副高以上职称270人,有340名优秀人才受到市级以上表彰。
