教师素质是教育质量的决定因素,它直接关系到全民族的素质和国家的命运。我国十一亿人口中九亿是农民,提高农村初中语文教师的素质具有特别重要的意义,又是一项紧迫而繁重的任务。现将我们调查的63所农村初中70名语文教师素质的现状和我们认为应取的对策报告如下:一、农村初中语文教师素质的现状:(一)业务水平方面:被调查的教师中,他们的学历达标率低,与国家要求距离甚远(见表一)表一:学历达标情况调查
The quality of teachers is a decisive factor in the quality of education. It is directly related to the quality of the entire nation and the fate of the country. Of the 1.1 billion people in China, 900 million are farmers. It is of special significance to raise the quality of junior middle school teachers in rural areas. It is also an urgent and arduous task.
