党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央,充分认识反腐败斗争的长期性、复杂性、艰巨性,放眼反腐倡廉的全局性、整体性、体系性,着力反腐倡廉的科学化、制度化、法制化,走出一条日益宽阔的中国特色反腐倡廉道路,推动反腐倡廉建设进入新的发展阶段。这些特点也是原则,还是规律,应当坚持和遵循。
Since the 16th CPC National Congress, the Party Central Committee with Hu Jintao as general secretary fully understands the long-term, complex and arduous nature of the anti-corruption struggle and considers the overallness, integrity and systematicness of combating corruption and building a clean government. Scientifically, systematize and legalize, step out of an increasingly widening road of combating corruption and promoting integrity with Chinese characteristics, and push anti-corruption building to a new stage of development. These characteristics are also principles or laws that should be adhered to and followed.
