以环己氧基硼酸盐、异辛氧基硼酸盐和十二烷氧基硼酸盐为添加剂,采用MS-800A四球摩擦试验机和HQ-1环-块试验机评价了其摩擦磨损性能,并根据φ=P_B·(1/D)·(1/f)式综合评判其润滑性能,从而揭示烷氧基硼酸盐的结构与性能之间的关系以及相应的润滑规律。
The tribological properties of the samples were evaluated by MS-800A four-ball tribometer and HQ-1 ring-block tester with cyclohexoxyboronate, isooctyloxyboronate and dodecoxyboronate as additives Performance, and according to φ = P_B · (1 / D) · (1 / f) formula comprehensive evaluation of its lubricating properties, thereby revealing the relationship between the structure and properties of alkoxyboric acid and the corresponding law of lubrication.
