柠檬桉(Eucalyptus citriodora),生长快,病虫害少,适应性强,是我区桉树中蓄积量较多的一种。为了扩大桉树的用途,其纤维利用是综合利用的一个重要方面。当前,研究桉树制浆造纸的试验,国内已有些单位正在进行,并取得了进展。按树因树种和树龄的不同,往往在制浆造纸性能方面差异也很大,我们就柠檬桉不同树龄的纤维形态和化学成分进行试验,研究其制浆造纸性能,以探讨适宜的轮伐期,为合理采伐利用提供依据。
