前言寿命表(或死亡表)是根据年龄别死亡率编制的。在社会卫生学领域中,为了科学的、正确的评价居民集团的健康状况,寿命表具有重要的意义。因为寿命表的各项指标完全不受居民年龄别构成的影响,所以它能正确的反映出居民集团死亡过程的特征。为了研究和评价井下采煤工人的健康状况,对东北地区某矿务局所属四个煤矿的井下作业工人进行了调查。根据调查结果编制成井下采煤工人1954-1956年寿命表。这仅是初步观察,木文提出的一些现象有待进一步研究。
Foreword Life table (or death table) is compiled based on age-specific mortality. In the field of social hygiene, the life table has important significance for the scientific and correct evaluation of the health status of residents groups. Because the indexes of the life table are completely independent of the composition of the residents’ ages, it can correctly reflect the characteristics of the death process of residents groups. In order to study and evaluate the health status of underground mining workers, a survey was conducted on the underground workers of four coal mines belonging to a mining bureau in Northeast China. Based on the results of the survey, a life table for the coal miners of coal mines during 1954-1956 was prepared. This is only a preliminary observation. Some of the phenomena proposed by Mu Wen are for further study.
