Experiments were conducted on the ecology of Bacillus anthracis by a combination of field investigation and experimental simulation, which proves that B. anthracis can maintain a stable genetic in soil. Soil types and vegetative cells to form spores no significant relationship between the soil temperature and water content on the formation of spores a great influence on the interaction between the various factors, indicating that climate changes directly affect the Bacillus anthracis in the formation of spores in the soil, This is consistent with the epidemiology of anthrax. Although B. anthracis was continuously isolated from the environment outside the monitoring sites, no outbreaks occurred at the monitoring sites during the three years. This is related to the seriousness of environmental pollution outside the anthrax outbreak and the persistence and outbreaks A transient contradiction
