血浆磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)可分解磷脂产生可溶性磷脂和自由脂肪酸。缺血心肌中的可溶性磷脂和自由脂肪酸增多,提示局部缺血激活了PLA_2。本研究观察心肌梗塞(MI)患者血浆PLA_2的活性。病人与方法选择14例年龄57±3(38~71)岁的男性MI患者和13名年龄54±5(43~64)岁的正常男性为研究对象。MI患者必须有30分钟以上的典型胸痛,心电图呈持续S-T段弓背抬高和/或病理性Q波,发病后4小时血
Plasma phospholipase A_2 (PLA_2) can decompose phospholipids to produce soluble phospholipids and free fatty acids. Increased soluble phospholipids and free fatty acids in the ischemic myocardium suggest that ischemia-activated PLA2. This study was to observe the plasma PLA 2 activity in patients with myocardial infarction (MI). Patients and Methods: A total of 14 male MI patients aged 57 ± 3 (38-71) years and 13 normal men aged 54 ± 5 (43-64) years were enrolled in this study.
