今年以来,我国经济发展面临着比较复杂的国内外形势。国内面临着经济增长由偏快转为过热、价格由结构性上涨演变为明显的通货膨胀压力,遭遇了历史罕见的“低温雨雪冰冻灾害”和震惊世界的“汶川大地震”;国际面临着美国次贷危机不断蔓延。世界经济增速减缓,部分初级产品价格持续大幅上扬。在这样的背景下,价格举报案件明显增多。
