NAC transcription factor family is a plant-specific transcription factor that plays an important role in plant growth and development, organogenesis, stress tolerance and hormone signal response. In this study, we analyzed the distribution, structure, function and function of tomato NAC transcription factor family members using bioinformatics methods in the genome. The predicted results showed that the tomato NAC family contains 102 proteins and is divided into 12 subfamilies. Among them, 25 members belong to the solanaceous TNAC subfamily, and other NAC transcription factors have a similar classification with the NAC family of Arabidopsis. Conservative motif analysis, which contains seven conserved NAM motifs in tomato NAC domain, is mainly found at the N-terminus of the sequence, indicating that the presence of these motifs is essential for the performance of NAC protein functions. Physical and chemical properties and structural analysis showed that the tomato NAC protein is mostly hydrophilic protein, mainly composed of random curly, and α-helix, β-sheet and β-turn are scattered throughout the protein, there is no law.
