第四章国民经济的计划化学习国民经济计划化的目的,在于认识国家用经济计划指导国民经济发展和改造的重大意义,获得有关国民经济计划化的若干常识;从而批判和克服一切违反国家计划要求的思想和行为,提高遵守国家计划的自觉性。这一章的内容很丰富,在学习中必须抓住以下三个重点: 一、要明确认识国民经济计划化的必要性及其重大意义。当社会发展到一定的阶段,社会生产和分配就有了比较细密的分工,国民经济分为许多部门,再生产也分各个方面,但在分工以后,国民经济各部门并不是各自孤立的,而是依据一定的比例关系相互联系,相互依赖着,结成一个统一的机体。关于国民经济各部门之间的有机结合,相互联系、相互依赖的关系,我们必须要有一清晰的认识。
