目的对某连续油管生产线建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为卫生行政部门验收建设项目提供依据。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测,采用定量分析法进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护措施、个人防护用品、辅助用室和职业卫生管理等符合国家有关法规;生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有金属尘、电焊尘、砂轮磨尘、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、生产性噪声、电离辐射(X射线)、工频电场、高频电磁场、高温、振动等,除个别作业点噪声强度超标外,绝大多数作业点检测结果符合国家标准。结论该项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on a coiled tubing production line construction project and provide basis for the acceptance of construction projects by health administrative departments. Methods According to the field occupational hygiene investigation and occupational disease risk factor testing, the quantitative analysis method was used to evaluate. Results The site selection and overall layout, production equipment layout, occupational disease protection measures, personal protective equipment, auxiliary rooms and occupational health management of the construction project were in conformity with relevant state laws and regulations. The main risk factors of occupational diseases in the production process were metal dust and electric welding Dust, wheel dust, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, production noise, ionizing radiation (X-ray), power frequency electric field, high frequency electromagnetic field, high temperature, vibration, Test results in line with national standards. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective.
