今年5月,国务院印发《关于建设大众创业万众创新示范基地的实施意见》,系统部署“双创”示范基地建设工作。《意见》确定了首批共28个“双创”示范基地,包括北京市海淀区等17个区域示范基地、清华大学等4个高校和科研院所示范基地、海尔集团公司等7个企业示范基地。《意见》明确,要以促进创新型初创企业发展为抓手,以构建“双创”支撑平台为载体,分类推进“双创”示范基地建设,并提出了各类型示范基地建设目标和建设重点。
In May this year, the State Council printed and distributed “Implementation Opinions on Building Mass Innovation Pilots and Innovation Demonstration Bases” and systematically deployed the construction of a “double hit” demonstration base. The Opinions set out the first batch of 28 demonstration bases of “double creation”, including 17 regional demonstration bases including Haidian District in Beijing, 4 demonstration bases of universities and research institutes such as Tsinghua University, and 7 Haier Group companies Enterprise demonstration base. The Opinions clarified that we should take the promotion of the development of innovative start-ups as the starting point, build the support platform of “double creation” as the carrier, and promote the construction of “double-hit” demonstration bases in a classified manner and put forward the construction of demonstration bases of various types Goals and building priorities.
