苏府[2010]128号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:为加快推进旅游标准化试点工作,争创全国旅游标准化示范城市,经市政府领导同意,现将市旅游局牵头制定的《苏州市创建全国旅游标准化示范城市实施方案》予以印发,请认真贯彻执行。二○一○年九月七日苏州市创建全国旅游标准化示范城市实施方案苏州市是国家旅游局确定的首批全国旅游标准化5个试点城市(区)之一。为充分发挥标准化在推动技术进步、产业升级、提高产品质量和服务质量方面的重要作用,提升苏州城市旅游服务功能、全面提高旅游服务质量,加快推进文化旅游城市建设,创建全国旅游标准化示范城市,特制定方案如下:
