近期,包头稀土高新技术产业开发区组织有关专家,在经过充分调研和论证的基础上,初步完成了“十一五”稀土产业发展规划的制订工作。规划内容包括稀土产业现状;稀土产业发展面临的环境;稀土产业发展思路、目标和重点;稀土产业重点建设内容和稀土产业发展建议和措施等五大部分。
Recently, Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Industrial Development Zone organized relevant experts to complete preliminary work on the development plan for the “Eleventh Five-Year” rare earth industry on the basis of thorough investigation and demonstration. The planning includes the status quo of rare earth industries; the environment facing the development of rare earth industries; the development ideas, goals and priorities of rare earth industries; the key construction content of rare earth industries and the development proposals and measures for rare earth industries.
