创新型人才的培养是现阶段我国政府对人才培养的新要求,也是各个科目的相关教育学者当前重点研究的课题,创新型人才对社会主义现代化建设有着至关重要的作用。所以为了在计算机教学中培养学生的创新能力,相关教育机构应该转变教师的传统教学观念、为教学提供创新型的教育环境,优化教学设计,最大限度的激发学生的创新精神和能力,进而切实实现教育机构对创新型人才培养的目标。
The cultivation of innovative talents is a new requirement of our government for personnel training at this stage. It is also a topic currently under study by relevant educational scholars in all subjects. Innovative talents play an important role in socialist modernization. Therefore, in order to cultivate students ’innovative ability in computer teaching, relevant educational institutions should change the traditional teaching concept of teachers, provide an innovative educational environment for teaching, optimize the teaching design, and stimulate students’ innovative spirit and ability to the maximum extent so as to realize Educational institutions to innovative personnel training objectives.
