在系统地分析国内现行旧抽油杆各种修复工艺的基础上,试验研究了一种旧抽油杆表面复合强化修复新工艺。这种新工艺流程为:选杆中频感应加热除油清洗修螺纹调质热处理(中频淬火+高温回火)矫直探伤高频淬火+低温回火喷丸形变强化涂漆、包装。经表面复合强化处理后,旧D级杆的抗拉强度和疲劳强度等性能指标达到工艺型超高强度杆水平。修复的抽油杆现场使用表明,已有两口井的抽油杆运行超过了38×106次,收到良好效果。
Based on the systematical analysis of various repairing processes of the existing domestic sucker rods, a new technique for repairing the surface of the old sucker rods is studied experimentally. After the surface of the composite strengthening treatment, the old D-class rod tensile strength and fatigue strength and other performance indicators to reach the level of ultra-high strength steel rod. The repaired sucker rod used on-site shows that the sucker rods in two wells have operated more than 38 × 106 times and received good results.
