萨米尔·阿明(Samir Amin,1931—),埃及著名经济学家,世界知名的全球化问题专家、新马克思主义理论家、国际政治经济学专家,曾提出著名的“依附理论”。阿明曾担任埃及经济发展组织高级经济学家、马里政府计划技术顾问,联合国非洲经济开发与计划研究所所长,第三世界论坛理事长,联合国未来非洲战略局负责人。代表作有《世界规模的积累》(1970年)、《不平等的发展》(1973年)、《帝国主义的危机》(1975年)、《帝国主义和不平等的发展》
Samir Amin (1931-), a famous Egyptian economist, a world-renowned expert on globalization, a neo-Marxist theorist and an expert on international political economy, put forward the famous theory of attachment. Amin served as senior economist at the Egyptian Economic Development Organization, the Malian government planning technical adviser, director of the UN Institute of African Economic Development and Planning, director of the Third World Forum, the head of the UN future strategy for Africa. Representatives include “The Accumulation of World Size” (1970), “Unequal Development” (1973), “The Crisis of Imperialism” (1975), “Imperialism and Unequal Development”
