Sarcoidosis is a non-cheese case of epithelial-like chronic granulomatous disease of unknown origin that can affect many parts of the body, especially found in the thoracic organs. Most cases no clinical symptoms. The systemic and X-ray findings of this disease are often confused with other lymphatic system lesions and intrathoracic malignancies.
