为寻求防治黄瓜白粉病的高效、低毒药剂,采用叶盘沾药法对黄瓜白粉病进行室内毒力测定。多抗霉素对黄瓜白粉病菌的EC50为1.0121 mg/L,其与咪鲜胺以质量比为2∶8混配时共毒系数(CTC)高达175.79,具有明显增效作用。田间药效试验证明,在黄瓜白粉病初发期,使用22%多抗.咪鲜胺ME 225~450 g/hm2喷雾防治,第2次药后7 d调查,防效高达89.04%~97.81%,同剂量条件下其防效明显优于对照药剂。22%多抗.咪鲜胺ME可作为防治黄瓜白粉病的理想药剂,且在推荐剂量范围内对作物安全。
