全省水利水电科学技术会议今天开幕了.这是我省水利水电科学技术界的一次盛会.这次会议要总结交流我省水利水电科技成果和经验,联系水利水电工作实际,学习贯彻《中共中央关于科学技术体制改革的决定》.还要表彰从事水利水电工作四十年以上的老专家和在这次会上发表优秀科技论文的同志.因此,这次会议很重要,主题突出,对我省水利水电科技事业的发展肯定会起到有力的推动.我代表省委农村工作部和省农委对这次会议的召开表示热烈祝贺!并向从事水利水电工作四十年以上、为我省水利水电事业付出了辛勤劳动的老专家,和在这次会上发表优秀论义的同志,表示崇高的敬意!
