一、前言水闸是挡水建筑物,常见的水闸有分离式和整体式两种:分离式圬工多,造价高;整体式一般为常截面,材料作用没有充分发挥。两者都不够经济。我们在1963年开始搞变截面框架闸,先在单孔闸中试验,后来发展到多孔闸。直到目前为止,共设计建成变截面框架闸31座。工程造价普遍比常见的水闸经济30%~60%以上,其中大多数的闸都经过长期的使用考验,结构性能比一般的水闸好。变截面框架闸和相同规模各类水闸比较见表1、23,已建成部分框架闸情况见表4。
First, the foreword Sluice is a water retaining structure, the common sluice has two kinds of separation and the overall: separate labor and more, high cost; the overall style is normally cross-section, the role of the material did not give full play. Neither is economical enough. In 1963, we began to engage the cross-sectional frame brake, first in the single-hole brake test, and later developed into a multi-hole brake. Until now, a total of 31 variable cross-section frame gates have been designed. The cost of the project is generally 30% to 60% more than the common sluice economy. Most of the sluices have been tested for long-term use, and their structural performance is better than that of ordinary sluices. Variable cross-section frame gate and all kinds of sluice of the same size are shown in Table 1 and Table 2, Table 4 shows some of the completed frame gates.
