由中国水利学会水文专业委员会和原水利电力部水文局联合倡议的“全国首届水文知识竞赛”已经圆满结束。这次竞赛得到了有关各级领导和全国水文系统广大职工的热情支持,达到了推动和鼓励水文职工学习科学技术,普及水文知识,提高职工业务素质的目的。为了更好地组织这次竞赛,于1987年11月正式成立了“全国首届水文知识竞赛”组织委员会,并委托南京水文水资源研究所承办,设立水文知识竞赛办公室,《水文》编辑部负责了知识竞赛的出题任务。
The “National First Hydrological Knowledge Competition”, which was jointly sponsored by the Hydrological Commission of China Hydraulics Society and the Hydrology Bureau of the former Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity, has come to a successful conclusion. The competition received enthusiastic support from leaders at all levels and a large number of staff and workers of the national hydrological system and achieved the goal of promoting and encouraging hydrological workers to learn science and technology, popularize hydrological knowledge and improve their professional qualifications. In order to better organize the competition, in November 1987, the Organizing Committee for the First Hydrological Contest of China was officially established and commissioned by the Nanjing Hydrographic and Water Resources Research Institute to set up an office of Hydrology and Knowledge Competition. The Hydrology editorial department is responsible for Knowledge contest title of the task.
