在南方多雨、潮湿、高温的条件下，制作的象纸裱板片，在摄影处理中极易产生起泡、脱落现象。我们在生产实践中了解到裱板片起泡、脱落的原因，除了与玻璃处理干净程度有关外，尚与摄影处理时的室温、冲洗水的温度，配制浆糊的原料成分和比例、裱板片干透程度等等都有极大关系。几年来，我们根据问题产生的原因，采取了相应的措施，自制了裱板片
