通常钢丝绳均采用人工注油,存在费时费力、注油不均匀、污染环境以及防锈效果不理想等情况。一种新型注油器装置小巧轻便,固定方式简单,注油均匀,省时省力,防锈效果理想。1 工作原理本实用型注油器主要有箱体1、油封外上盖2、油封外下盖3、油封内上盖4、密封装置5、150mm 钢管和油脂构成,见图1。注油装置固定支架固定在斜巷上车场轨道上。注油时,首先将注油器打开,注入调好的油脂,将钢丝绳放入油槽内,上好密封装置,将注油器上盖固定好,启动绞车使钢丝绳在油槽内运行,即可将油脂均匀的涂在钢丝绳上。
