Global issues such as climate change, sustainable development and public health and safety are becoming increasingly prominent. The global financial crisis has seriously affected the world's economic development. In the face of these problems, no single country or individual can solve it independently. We need international talent Exchanges and cooperation need to work together to establish a systematic framework to face this series of issues. At the 2009 Shenzhen Forum of China International Talent Exchange, all honored guests from home and abroad gathered together to talk about international exchange and cooperation of talents.
