杨斯德小传:杨斯德,1921年11月生于山东省滕州市。1938年3月参加鲁南人民抗日义勇军,同年9月加入中国共产党。历任苏鲁支队、团、军分区敌工股长,兼诸、胶、高办事处副主任,胶东军区联络科长、副部长,纵队联络兼民运部长。战争年代,曾秘密作为陈毅将军的代表,做策动国民党军队起义工作,在解放赣榆、莱芜战役和淮海战役中,作出了重要贡献,多次荣立战功。新中国成立后,历任陆军、空军师副政委、政委;并参加了抗美援朝战争。后调任总政治部某部任副部长、福州军区政治部副主任、总政治部某部部长,1964年被授予少将军衔。后任中共中央台办主任。中共十三、十四大代表,全国政协第七、八届常委,全国政协台港澳侨联络委员会常务副主任;1998年78岁时离休。现任中国国际文化交流中心高级顾问、中华炎黄文化研究会顾问、中国老年书画家协会顾问等职。
Yang Sid Biography: Yang Sid, born in November 1921 in Tengzhou City, Shandong Province. March 1938 to participate in Lunan people’s anti-Japanese volunteer army, the same year in September to join the Chinese Communist Party. Served as Sulu detachment, regiment, military divisions head of the enemy, and all, plastic, high office deputy director, Jiaodong military contact section chief, deputy minister, column contact and democratic movement minister. In the war years, he secretly served as the representative of General Chen Yi and made instigation of the Kuomintang army’s uprising work. He made important contributions during the liberation of the Ganyu, Laiwu and Huai-Hai wars and won numerous exploits. After the founding of new China, served as army, air force division deputy political commissar, political commissar; and participated in the War to Resist USAir Korea. He was later transferred to a ministerial deputy director of the General Political Department, deputy director of the Political Department of Fuzhou Military Region, and minister of a certain department of the General Political Department. In 1964, he was awarded the rank of major general. After serving as director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee. CPC delegates from the 13th and the 14th CPC National Congress, the Standing Committee of the Seventh and the Eighth CPPCC National Committee, and the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. In 1998, he retired from the age of 78.
