目的:观察固本防哮饮对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:ICR小鼠,每组12只,随机分成正常对照组、孟鲁司特钠组(0.33 mg.kg-1)及固本防哮饮低剂量组(12 g.kg-1)、固本防哮饮中剂量组(24 g.kg-1)、固本防哮饮高剂量组(48 g.kg-1),通过对血清溶血素水平、单核吞噬细胞吞噬功能的测定,反映固本防哮饮对机体免疫功能的影响。结果:固本防哮饮各剂量组均可提高血清溶血素水平,增强单核吞噬细胞吞噬功能,同正常对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中固本防哮饮高剂量组效果显著优于孟鲁司特钠组(P<0.01)。结论:固本防哮饮对小鼠免疫功能有促进作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Guben anti-asthma drink on immune function in mice. Methods: Twelve ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control group, montelukast sodium group (0.33 mg.kg-1) and Guben anti-asthma drink low-dose group (12 g.kg-1) The anti-asthma drink medium dose group (24 g.kg-1), Guben anti-asthmatic high-dose group (48 g.kg-1), through the determination of serum hemolysin levels, phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocytes, reflect Effect of Guben anti-asthma drink on immune function.
