目的分析在MSM中开展HIV-1抗体尿液匿名传递检测结果,为更大范围促进HIV-1抗体尿液匿名传递检测提供可推广的经验和模式。方法利用网络、微信等平台以及志愿者动员等线上线下多种方式在MSM中进行宣传,动员MSM到指定药店或社区小组匿名免费领取尿液健康筛查服务包。受检者自行采集尿液并邮寄到专业检测实验室,实验室人员将检测结果录入指定网站,受检者通过互联网平台查询检测结果并获取后续服务指导。结果 2016年5月-2017年1月共计发放尿液健康筛查服务包996个,实验室回收797个,回收率为80.0%。797份有效尿液样本HIV-1抗体阳性率为18.3%(146/797),其中药店回收的样本HIV-1抗体阳性率为16.1%(69/429),社区小组回收的尿液样本HIV-1抗体阳性率为20.9%(77/368),二者HIV-1抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(=3.101,P=0.078)。共有584人通过指定网站查询检测结果,结果查询率为73.3%(584/797)。结论通过药店或社区小组在MSM中开展HIV-1抗体尿液匿名传递检测的工作模式可行,效果好,可以扩大MSM HIV-1抗体检测覆盖面,值得进一步完善和推广。
Objective To analyze the results of urine anonymous transmission of HIV-1 antibody in MSM and to provide a scalable experience and model for further screening anonymous transmission of HIV-1 antibody in urine. The method used online, offline and offline mobilization of volunteers to mobilize MSM to nominate pharmacies or community groups to receive anonymous urine screening service packages anonymously. Subjects self-collected urine and mailed to professional testing laboratories, laboratory staff will test results recorded in the designated site, subjects through the Internet platform for testing results and access to follow-up service guidance. Results From May 2016 to January 2017, a total of 996 urine health screening service packages were distributed and 797 laboratories were recovered with a recovery rate of 80.0%. The positive rate of HIV-1 antibody in 797 valid urine samples was 18.3% (146/797), of which 16.1% (69/429) were positive samples collected from pharmacies, and the urine samples collected by community groups were HIV- 1 antibody was 20.9% (77/368). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HIV-1 antibody (= 3.101, P = 0.078). A total of 584 people through the designated site for testing results, the results of inquiry rate was 73.3% (584/797). Conclusion The work mode of anonymous transmission of HIV-1 antibody urine in MSM through pharmacies or community groups is feasible and effective, which can expand the detection coverage of MSM HIV-1 antibody and deserve further improvement and promotion.
