毕节试验区多党合作历经了孕育形成阶段、持续探索阶段、快速推进阶段、完善提升阶段。贵州省委书记陈敏尔提出,要把毕节建设成对口帮扶、多党合作高地。建设多党合作高地,是毕节试验区多党合作的必然要求,也是义不容辞的政治责任,毕节试验区具有建立多党合作高地的先天优势和制度基础。毕节试验区建设多党合作高地,战略定位要清晰,思想认识要到位,理念界定要转变,体制机制要创新,智库建设要加强,理论提升要突破,党派建设要夯实。
The multi-party cooperation in the Bijie pilot area has undergone a period of gestation and formation, continued exploration, rapid promotion and improvement of the promotion phase. Chen Min-er, secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, proposed that Bijie should be built into a high-level counterpart and multi-party cooperation. The construction of a multi-party cooperation highland is an inevitable requirement for multi-party cooperation in the Bijie pilot zone as well as an unshirkable political responsibility. The Bijie pilot zone has the inherent advantages and institutional foundation for establishing a multi-party cooperation highland. In Bijie Experimental Zone, a multi-party cooperation highland should be established. The strategic positioning should be clear, the ideological understanding should be put in place, the concept should be changed, the institutional mechanisms should be innovated, the construction of think tanks should be strengthened, the theoretical upgrading should be broken, and the party building should be consolidated.
