钻深孔时,往往要将钻柄接长。现介绍一种采用焊接和螺纹联接相结合的方法,可使钻头随着孔深任意加长或缩短,并可提高钻头的利用率,一个钻头,可加工各种深度的孔。其接长方法如图所示。
Drilling deep holes, often to drill long handle. A combination of welding and threaded coupling is now introduced to allow the drill bit to be arbitrarily lengthened or shortened as the hole depth increases and the drill bit utilization increases. A drill bit can be machined to various depth holes. The connection method as shown.
