一、经济发展【背景资料】1.基本历程(1)目标探索阶段。从党的十一届三中全会到十四大提出建立社会主义市场经济体制的目标,是我国经济体制改革的启动和目标探索阶段。1979年决定设立深圳、珠海、汕头和厦门经济特区;1982年确立家庭联产承包责任制;十三大提出了党在社会主义初级阶段“一个中心、两个基本点”的基本路线;十四大确立社会主义市场经济体制的改革目标。
First, the economic development [Background information] 1 basic course (1) target exploration stage. The goal of setting up a socialist market economic system from the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the stage of launching and exploring the target of China’s economic restructuring. In 1979, it decided to set up special economic zones in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shantou and Xiamen. In 1982, it established the responsibility system of family contract responsibility system. The 13th CPC National Congress proposed the party’s basic line of “one center and two basic points” in the primary stage of socialism. The 14th CPC National Congress set the goal of reforming the socialist market economy.
