无论过去、现在、还是将来,人口问题都将是黔南社会发展中需要解决的首要问题。1990年7月1日第四次人口普查数据结果,再一次证明了我们对人口问题所应有的紧迫感和责任感。实行计划生育,控制人口数量,提高人口素质,不仅关系到黔南州各项事业的兴旺发达,而且关系到政治稳定、民族团结和民族经济的健康发展。对此,我们必须保持清醒的认识。
Regardless of past, present and future, the population issue will be the primary problem to be solved in the social development of Qiannan. The fourth census data on July 1, 1990, once again proved our sense of urgency and responsibility for the population issue. The implementation of family planning, the control of the population and the improvement of population quality are not only related to the prosperous development of various undertakings in Qiannan Prefecture, but also to the healthy development of political stability, national unity and national economy.
