目的探究护理干预在正畸固定矫治中牙龈发炎的预防作用。方法随机选取我院收治的60例连续初次佩戴固定矫治器的正畸患者进行分析研究,将全部患者随机分为对照组与观察组两组各30例。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,将治疗中的注意事项耐心告知患者,同时进行一般知识宣教,观察组患者在此基础上结合以随访、健康指导为主的家庭干预。结果两组患者在戴固定矫治器3个月后牙龈炎的发生率并无明显差异,但是6个月后观察组的牙龈炎发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义。结论在正畸治疗的整个过程中应用有效的护理干预措施能够有效减少患者的就诊时间,使患者更加积极地配合治疗,自觉养成良好的生活习惯,预防牙周疾病及牙体疾病的发生和发展,在临床上具有广泛的推广价值。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing intervention on gingival inflammation during orthodontic fixation. Methods Totally 60 cases of orthodontic patients who were wearing orthodontic appliances for the first time were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions, patiently noticed the precautions in treatment, and conducted general knowledge education. Patients in the observation group combined with family intervention based on follow-up and health guidance. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of gingivitis between the two groups after wearing fixed appliance for 3 months. However, the incidence of gingivitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 6 months. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of effective nursing interventions in the whole process of orthodontic treatment can effectively reduce the patient’s visiting time, make the patients cooperate more actively and consciously develop good living habits, and prevent the occurrence of periodontal diseases and dental diseases.
