2010年10月,高检院颁布实施了《关于实行人民监督员制度的规定》(以下简称《规定》),该项制度作为深化检察体制和工作机制改革的重要举措,经过八年的实践摸索,在完善检察机关自身监督制约、保障检察权依法独立正确行使,特别是在推进三项重点工作中愈发显现它的价值意义和重要作用。如何深入推进和完善这一制度,发挥其在各个检察触角中的应有作用,是文章力求探索的目标。笔者以自身工作实际为视角,谈谈对人民监督员工作的几点感悟。

The author, taking the actual work of his own as a perspective, talks about the sentiment about the work of the people’s supervisors.
