党的十八届三中全会把深化人民监督员制度作为一项重要的司法改革内容,某县深化人民监督员制度中也取得一些成就,但任何制度都是在实践中逐步完善和随着历史的前进不断发展的,在新形势下,人民监督员制度运行也存在许多问题,我们需要针对这些问题,对其进行完善、构建从而从而使项制度为中国的司法体制注入鲜活血液。
