近日,榆林市横山区印发出台《关于进一步规范村级财务管理加强财务公开与监督的意见》,进一步规范村级财务管理,促进农村经济发展,维护农村集体经济组织和农民群众合法权益。《意见》提出,要健全各项制度,用制度规范村务管理。其中包含实行基本存款账户制度、现金管理制度、财务收入管理制度、财务支出审批管理制度、审批权限管理制度、财务公开制度、村集体换届财务移交制度、差旅费管理制度、资产经营管理制度、村级灶务管理制度、农村财务审计制度、责任追究制度等12项制度。《意见》
