以溪黄草多酚为原料,通过静态吸附和解吸实验对10种大孔树脂进行筛选,确定AL-1为最优吸附树脂。通过静态与动态相结合的方法,确立AL-1树脂对溪黄草多酚的最佳吸附/解吸工艺条件。结果表明,溪黄草多酚提取液的最佳吸附条件为:上样总酚质量浓度为520μg/mL,上样液pH为4,吸附流速为0.8mL/min;最佳洗脱条件为:乙醇体积分数80%,流速0.5mL/min。
Ten samples of macroporous resin were screened by static adsorption and desorption experiments using alismachyde polyphenols as raw material, and AL-1 was determined as the optimal adsorption resin. Through the combination of static and dynamic methods, the optimal adsorption / desorption conditions of AL-1 resin for Polyphenol from Xihuangcao were established. The results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions for Polyphenol extract were as follows: the total phenol concentration was 520μg / mL, the pH of the sample was 4 and the adsorption flow rate was 0.8mL / min. The optimum conditions were: Ethanol volume fraction 80%, flow rate 0.5mL / min.
