2013年,工程质量安全监管司工作的总体思路是:以党的十八大精神为指导,紧紧围绕部党组中心工作,按照全国住房城乡建设工作会议部署,以提升工程质量、实现安全发展为目标,坚持远近结合,标本兼治,进一步完善制度,强化监管,落实责任,努力实现工程质量安全形势持续稳定好转。推进法规制度建设,构筑科学发展长效机制一是研究起草《建设工程抗御地震灾害管理条例》。
