我国直流锅炉采用铜铁混合系统,铜离子在高温下离析,造成锅炉、汽机等设备的电解腐蚀。为实现电站水质无铜化运行,本研究采用了不锈钢螺旋槽管代替光滑铜管后,达到了原来的出口水温。同时不锈钢管胀接在管板后再加以封焊,克服了铜管易于泄漏的缺点,提高了运行的安全性。因而不锈钢螺旋槽管强化传热技术有效地解决了我国电站无铜化课题
China’s DC boilers using copper and iron mixed system, copper ions segregated at high temperatures, resulting in the boiler, steam turbine and other equipment, electrolytic corrosion. In order to realize the copper-free operation of the water quality in the power plant, the stainless steel spiral groove pipe was used instead of the smooth copper pipe to reach the original outlet water temperature. At the same time, the stainless steel tube is expanded and welded to the tube plate to seal the tube, which overcomes the defect that the copper tube is easy to leak and improves the operation safety. Therefore, stainless steel spiral groove enhanced heat transfer technology effectively solve the problem of non-copper plant in China
