本文介绍了在常用的MZ—1000型(或MZ1型)自动焊机上,增设一套简易装置,可完成焊炬垂直方向的自动跟踪。跟踪精度可达±1mm,符合一般焊接要求。图1为内环缝焊接时的工作示意图。
This article describes the commonly used MZ-1000 (or MZ1 type) automatic welder, adding a simple device to complete the torch vertical automatic tracking. Tracking accuracy of ± 1mm, in line with the general welding requirements. Figure 1 shows the inner ring seam welding work.
