髌骨软骨软化症是一种由多种原因引起的髌骨软骨退行性变化的临床综合征.既可发生于青少年,也可发生在中老年,尤以青年运动员较多见.现代医学对此无特殊有效的治疗方法.笔者充分发挥中医优势,采用祛风湿、散风寒、活血化瘀的传统中医外洗疗法,以自拟乌花透骨汤行局部熏洗,收到较好效果.现报告如下.
