我们对32味临床常用的滋阴、壮阳、益气、补血生药观察其在预防环磷酰胺引起小鼠白细胞减少症中的作用。在筛选基础上,组配22个复方,进行了提升小鼠白细胞作用的研究,并对其中疗效最佳的配方(暂定名为生血灵)进行了小鼠急、慢性毒性试验和临床疗效观察。实验材料一、动物:雄性NIH小鼠,我所动物室提供,体重20～24g。二、药物:全部药材均为购自郑州市中药材公司的生药饮片。实验时水煎浓缩至所需浓度。环磷酰胺为上海第十二制药厂生产。
We observed the role of Ziyin, impotence, Qi and Buxue crude drugs commonly used in 32 flavors in preventing cyclophosphamide-induced mouse leukopenia. On the basis of screening, 22 compounds were compounded to study the effect of improving leukocyte in mice. The acute and chronic toxicity test and clinical efficacy of the formulation with the best curative effect ( tentatively named Shengxueling) were performed. . Experimental Materials 1. Animals: Male NIH mice, provided by our animal room, weighing 20 to 24 g. Second, drugs: all medicinal herbs are purchased from Zhengzhou City, Chinese herbal medicine company raw medicine pieces. Decoct and concentrate to the required concentration during the experiment. Cyclophosphamide is produced by the 12th Shanghai Pharmaceutical Factory.
