取胃体大弯的胃粘膜上皮细胞在RPMI164培养液中,加成年雄性猪颌下腺提取液(PEGF)及成年雄性小鼠颌下腺提取液(M60EGF),用I~(125)UdR掺入方法测定细胞DNA合成。结果:盐水对照组为4168±171.5cpm,PEGF组为21.980±997.8cpm(P<0.0001),M60 EGF组为6132±262.7cpm(P<0.01)。鼠EGF加热80℃对胃粘膜DNA合成无效应,提示鼠EGF不耐热。实验结果表明:ECF是胃十二指肠粘膜的营养因子,对胃粘膜上皮细胞的生长有促进作用。
Gastric mucosal epithelial cells with large curvature of the stomach body were added to the RPMI164 medium, and the adult male submandibular gland extract (PEGF) and the adult male mouse submandibular gland extract (M60EGF) were added. The cells were assayed by I~(125)UdR incorporation method. DNA synthesis. Results: The saline control group was 4168±171.5 cpm, the PEGF group was 21.980±997.8 cpm (P<0.0001), and the M60 EGF group was 6132±262.7 cpm (P<0.01). Heating of mouse EGF at 80°C had no effect on gastric mucosal DNA synthesis, suggesting that murine EGF is not thermostable. The experimental results show that: ECF is a nutrition factor of gastric and duodenal mucosa, and it promotes the growth of gastric epithelial cells.
